| Old Age Allowance
Scheme |
| The Scheme aimed at to
ensure benefit of Old Age Allowance to the
needy and in particular the poorer sections
of society. A person is eligible for the grant
of Old Age Allowance who is aged 60 years
or more, is a domicile of Haryana State, is
not receiving pension of Rs. 300/- per month
or more. The following persons shall be excluded
for grant of Old Age Allowance those whose
children are Income Tax Assesses, Doctor,
Lawyer, CA, Engineer, Contractor, Gazetted
Officer, ex-sitting MP/MLA, Chairman of Board/Corporation.
The scrutiny of the eligibility of applicants
shall be conducted in the village/block/ward
month of November in every year will consists
of D.S.W.O. or his representative, circle
revenue officer and medical officer of the
health department. The benefit will effective
1st April with amounting Rs. 500/-. |

| Widow
Pension/Destitute Women Scheme |
| A women in the age group
of 18 years and above is eligible for grant
of pension if she is a widow or unmarried
women or a married women who has been deprived
of the financial support other reasons and
her close relative and her own income from
all sources is less than Rs. 10,000/- per
year. The scrutiny of the eligibility of applicant
shall be conducted in the Tehsil/MC Levels
in every month with different dates like Dadri-Badhra
19th, Bawani Khera 20th & Bhiwani, Tosham,
Loharu, Behal 22nd will consists of D.S.W.O.
or his representative, circle revenue officer
and medical officer of the health department.
The benefit will effective applying month
with amounting Rs. 600/-. |

Handicapped 70% Pension Scheme |
| Under this scheme age
group of 18 years and above is eligible for
grant of pension with having medical handicapped
certificate 70% and above. The scrutiny of
the eligibility of applicant shall be conducted
in the Tehsil/MC Levels in every month with
different dates like widow pension. The benefit
will effective applying month with amounting
Rs. 500/- per month. |

Handicapped 100% Pension Scheme |
| Under this scheme age
group of 18 years and above is eligible for
grant of pension with having medical handicapped
certificate 100%. The scrutiny of the eligibility
of applicant shall be conducted in the Tehsil/MC
Levels in every month with different dates
like widow pension/Handicapped 70%. The benefit
will effective applying month with amounting
Rs. 750/- per month. |

Ladli Social Security Allowances |
| The enrolment of families
under this scheme will commence from the 45th
birthday of the mother or the father whoever
is older of the two till their 60th birthday.
Thereafter they will be eligible for old age
allowance. In the case of death of either
of the parents, the surviving partner will
get this benefit Rs. 500/- per month till
he/she turn 60 years. In case of single parent
families, the age of the surviving parents
will be deciding factor. Family will start
getting the benefit of Rs. 500/- per month
form the day the surviving parents turns 45
years. The scrutiny of the eligibility of
applicant shall be conducted in the Tehsil/MC
Levels in every month with different dates
like widow pension/Handicapped 70/100%. The
benefit will effective applying month with
amounting Rs. 500/- per month. |

Financial Assistance to Destitute Children
(F.A.D.C.) |
| A child under 21 years
of age who has been deprived of parental support
or cased by reason of death, continued absence
from the home of his father for the last 2
years or father/mother has been sentenced
imprisonment for a period not less than one
year or physical or mental incapacity of a
parent and whose parents/guardian’s
income does not exceed Rs. 10,000/- per year
shall be eligible for financial assistance.
Each applicant shall be required to furnish
proof of age a certificate from the had of
an educational or a technical institution
last attended or a certificate from a Gazetted
Officer of the Central or State Govt. known
to the applicant or an affidavit attested
by a 1st Class Magistrate. The scrutiny of
the eligibility of applicant shall be conducted
in the Tehsil/MC Levels in every month with
different dates like widow pension/Handicapped
70/100%. The benefit will effective applying
month with amounting Rs. 200/- per month. |

Rajiv Gandhi Pariwar Bima Yojna |
The scheme shall cover
all the persons in the age group of 18 to
60 years of all the families in Haryana whose
names appear in the Voter’s list of
Haryana or who held ration card issued by
the Food & Supplies Deptt. of Haryana
except Govt. employees and Income Tax Payees
subject to the condition that only one person
in a family shall be given benefit of insurance
under this scheme.
Coverage : Death/Permanent Disability/Disability
due to Accident and any other unnatural events.
Compensation :
Death/Permanent Disability = Rs. 1,00,000/-.
Loss of Two limbs/eyes =
Rs. 50,000/-.
Loss of one eye or one limb = Rs. 25,000/-.
Made for Claiming Payment : All the documents
mentioned above shall be submitted by the
insured or legal heirs/nominees of the deceased,
as the case may be to the S.D.O. (Civil)/Nodal
Officer, who in turn shall refer all the relevant
papers alongwith his recommendations to the
insurer at the nearest division/branch office
of the insurer for releasing the payment as
indicated above. The S.D.O. (Civil)/Nodal
Officer shall be assisted by D.S.W.O. and
Divisional Manager/Branch Manager of the Insurance
Company for completion of required documents
for immediate release of compensation. |

Haryana Allowance To Dwarf
|
| The applicant has been
residing in Haryana State for the last one
year at the time of submission of application.
The age of the applicant shall not be less
than 18 years and must give a certificate
from the civil surgeon in support of being
Dwarf. A mail person of 3 feet 8 inches or
less height and female with 3 feet 3 inches
or less height would be entitle to monthly
allowance. All fresh applications for claim
of allowance a received would be examined
and those found eligible during the month
of April in every year will be sanctioned
and verified by the investigator of the D.S.W.O.
and he will recommend the case for the grant
of allowance to D.S.W.O. through section officer.
The rate of allowance Rs. 300/- per month
shall be decided by the Govt. |

National Family Benefit Scheme |
| Under this scheme a family
who is living under below poverty line and
Head Brad Earner died. The dependent of Head
Brad Earner will be entitled Rs. 10,000/-.
The died person name added in the list of
below poverty line and scheme shall cover
all the person in the age group of 18 to 64
years and submitted the case within one year. |

Mentally Discarded Non Going School Children
Scheme |
| This scheme shall cover
all above children in the age group of 0 to
18 years and their I.Q. has below 35. The
scrutiny of the eligibility of applicant shall
be conducted in the Tehsil/MC Levels in every
month with different dates like widow pension/Handicapped
70/100%. The benefit will effective applying
month with amounting Rs. 300/- per month. |

Kashmiri Migrant Scheme |
| Under this scheme the
families migrant from Jammu & Kashmir
to Haryana and did not able to earned. All
the documents shall be submitted by applicant
to Deputy Collector and DC shall refer all
the relevant papers alongwith his recommendation
to District Social Welfare Officer/Nodal officer
and Govt. give to migrant persons financial
assistance. |

| Scholarship
Scheme |
The scheme shall cover
all handicapped children and their handicapped
percentage, is 40% and above. The scrutiny
of the eligibility of the applicant shall
be conducted in D.S.W.O. Officer.

Minority Community Scheme |
| The scheme is started
by the Hon’ble Prime Minister by June
2006. Under This Scheme minority students
obtained 50% or above marks and his parents
income does not exceed Rs. 1,00,000/- per
annum are entitled to Pre-Matric Scholarship. |
